Goals 2015

I am really good at setting goals and doing it. I ❤ it.

I have got a list of 24, for this year even if I do half of it, I am happy.

Anyways I have two goals done already, booked my ticket to India to visit amma for Christmas, wanted to get of out here every month, once month, for a weekend, Wes and I just did that last week.

I wanted to share how I do it.

Rule @1: Write all your goals list every single day.

Rule @ 2: Email your list to of your best friends beginning of the year and commit to it.

Rule @3: Have someone to talk to about your goals, a very positive, encouraging person. Wesley agrees to my goals 99% of the times. 1% he says Radha be careful don’t trust all these people 🙂

Rule @4: Be relentless look at your goals list 5-8 times a day.

Rule@ 5: Meditate upon your goals 3-4 times a day.

Rule @6: Be super picky who you hang out with. They have to support your goals or they are out of the game period.

Rule @7: refine your goals list every once in a while some become less important and so you remove them and some you add as you go along.

I will add items to the list as I think of.
