Do I need to set goals? Part-3.

Happy Indian Republic day every one!

So, I admit I am having hard time not setting goals, just to go with the flow and live in the moment. My goal for this year was to not to have any goals and chill out. O boy! I didn’t know how hard it is to just do that.

How are your New Year resolutions coming along by the way?

I do admit I am enjoying life somewhat better but I still freak out and say to myself “what the hell am I doing by not having goals”. So one of the things I ended up doing is a bit of stretching yoga, not too serious, just a bit of yoga may be three to four times a week. I found a yoga book “The Everything Yoga Book” by Cynthia Worby at a thrift store few days ago and now I have a yoga mat my son gave me.  I know I will be writing about what he gives me most of the year. The presents I get from Himmi are too precious not to mention 🙂

By the way I found some cool yoga teacher “Tara Stiles” and a few yoga videos’ of her in YouTube. Here you can learn more about Tara
